and indulge in round-the-clock cropping, a variety of onsite vendors, activities, raffle prizes,
full food and beverage service (all meals, snacks & beverages). The Heldrich Business Center offers
complimentary Internet access and printing (journaling) for your convenience.

This exclusive Crop Event begins with Hotel check-in 4 pm on Friday, Feb 5th and ends Sunday, Feb 7th; hotel check-out at noon; Crop Room check-out 3:00 p.m.
Overnight package prices include luxury single or double room accommodations at The Heldrich,
(choice of one King bed or two Double beds per room), with full amenities,
Wireless High Speed Internet service in your guest room and access to the Fitness Center & Heated Indoor Swimming Pool.

Refund if canceled in writing prior to November 30, 2009  ($15.00 processing fee will be retained)
After November 30, 2009, cancellation will result in loss of monies paid.
