What can I expect on my Cropping Circle weekend?
You can expect three days of fun, fun, fun! Themed contests, raffles, layout contests, scrapbooking classes, pampered spa sessions, fabulous wining and dining, and lots more!
Cropping Circle offers luxuries you will find at no other Crop. First, unlike any other weekend Crop, all meals are included. The kiosks are open from 7:00 a.m. to midnight and
are always stocked with fresh fruit, baked good, sweet and salty snacks, candy, wide variety of beverages, and more to satisfy every cropper’s cravings. Cropping Circle also hosts a wine and cheese party on Saturday evening, to offer the opportunity to gather and socialize with all of the other croppers. We also offer a variety of spa services, indoor gym and heated pool, scrapbooking classes,
a computer room with printers for your journaling convenience, a fabulous variety of on-site vendors, plus scrapbooking amenities such as the Sizzix and Cricut station, Swap Table, Make n Takes, etc.
Croppers enjoy a minimum of 4 foot wide table space (a foot more than most Crops!), amazingly comfortable, plush swivel chairs and a multitude of other luxuries that will pamper and delight you all weekend long! Whatever you need - we aim to please and we set the bar high!

What kinds of meals/snacks are provided during the weekend?
One of the unique aspects of a Cropping Circle event is that ALL MEALS are included in your crop package. Full Gourmet Meals are offered at Christophers Restaurant in the hotel and/or our Kiosk outside the Crop Room, and there is absolutely never a need to bring your own food or purchase from outside the hotel. Use that precious time to crop and not food shop. We provide water bottles, a wide variety of sodas and beverages, as well as Kioski snacks to satisfy every craving. Kiosks are open from 7:00 a.m. to midnight for your convenience. And we can't forget to mention the complimentary Wine & Cheese Party on Saturday evening -- something you will not find at another crop.

Can I really crop all night long if I want to?
Yes, our crop rooms are available 24 hours a day. We do ask that the last cropper contact the front desk to lock up the room (if Cropping Circle staff is not available).
Should you want the crop rooms open in the early morning before staff arrives, just dial "O" from the house phone and the hotel will open the crop room for you.

What time are we required to clean up/leave on Sunday?

The crop ends at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday. We ask that croppers begin to clean up their workspace at 2:00 p.m. with departures at 3:00 p.m.

How much cropping space will I have?
One of the best parts of our events is the cropping tables and chairs! Croppers enjoy a minimum of 4 foot wide table space (a foot more than most Crops!), amazingly comfortable, plush swivel chairs and a multitude of other luxuries that will pamper and delight you all weekend long! You can leave those seat cushions at home along with the lunch box you bring to other crops!

Can I sit with my friends?
Absolutely. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests to sit you with or near your friends. We ask that you make your seating requests at the time that your register for the Crop.

Are there contests and prizes?
Of course! Cropping Circle offers a few different ways to win! In addition to the Facebook Daily Trivia Contest (see above) we offer many contests and prizes throughout the crop weekend; such as themed layout contests, special "Pizza Deliveries" for SuperCROP, Trick or Treat Goody-Bags for CROPtober, and random theme-related contests just for Fun!
We also raffle off a dozen or more baskets and prizes on Saturday evening. Each cropper receives raffle tickets when they arrive, and has the cropportunity to earn more tickets in several different ways, increasing your chances of winning! Treat Swaps are offered for Halloween and Valentines -- just another way to challenge your creativity and get to know fellow croppers.

How many people attend Cropping Circle events?
Crops may vary from 40 to 100 croppers per event, and growing, as we have found different time of the year to be more popular. We generally host 4 to 8 different vendors (many are repeat customers) and try to keep this number in proportion to the attendees insuring the best possible Crop experience.

Are children allowed at Cropping Circle events?
Yes at Camp CROP which is offered each summer allowing croppers the cropprtunity to bring children between the ages of 6 and 16 at a special camper rate! CAMP CROP features two designated crop rooms with one for our Camp Crop Program and a separate “Adult Only” Crop Room. Croppers may choose All Adult Crop Room and activities (all weekend long) or the
Mother/Child Camper program in separate crop room (Friday at 4 p.m. to Saturday at 5 p.m.) The Kids Camper package offers scrapbook & specialty craft classes, swimming,
PJ party, Movies and full gourmet meals, snacks & beverages. Camp CROP has generally sold-out -- Registration begins online at the end of April.

Our other three events (SuperCROP, CROPfever & CROPtober) are designed for mature croppers, age 16 and older.

What should I wear to a Cropping Circle Crop?
We recommend that you wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a sweatshirt just in case. Also, don’t forget to pack your favorite p.j.’s, and slippers because
that’s everyone favorite attire to crop in after dinner! Also, pack a bathing suit if you want to take advantage of the North Maple Inn’s indoor heated swimming pool.

Will I have a good time if I come alone?
Absolutely. Cropping Circle can assure you that you will meet and make new friends at our Crops. You will find that our croppers are a group of warm, loving people that
just can’t wait to meet new croppers, find common interests, exchange stories,
discuss new cropping techniques, or just chat.
We can guarantee you will walk away from one of our Crops with some new friends!
