This exclusive Crop Event begins with Hotel check-in 4 pm on Friday, April 23rd and ends Sunday, April 25th; hotel check-out at noon; Crop Room check-out 3:00 p.m.
Overnight package prices include luxury single or double room accommodations at The Heldrich,
(choice of one King bed or two Double beds per room), with full amenities,
Wi-Fi Internet service in your guest room and access to the Fitness Center & Heated Indoor Swimming Pool.

Cancellation Policy
Refund if canceled in writing prior to March 1st, 2010 ($15.00 processing fee will be retained)
After March 1st, 2010, cancellation will result in loss of monies paid.

Plan D – Saturday Crop Only: $155

Note: Hotel Rooms offer choice of 1 King or 2 Double beds per room
